Bennie Dillon

Nashville, TN

*Forbes Travel Guide named Nashville as one of the 16 Top Destinations for 2016*

*Nashville: Destination of the Year - Voted by Readers of Travel + Leisure*

The historic Bennie Dillon building is located on the corner of Church Street and Seventh Avenue in downtown Nashville, TN. Originally built as offices in 1927 for doctors, lawyers, and financial companies, the BD was described by the architectural firm of Asmus and Clark as "Italian Renaissance Revival" based upon the building's Gothic design.  Today, the Bennie Dillon is the only 20th century renaissance revival high-rise in Nashville that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.   The BD was renovated from offices to residential living in 1984, and was completely renovated in 1999 and then again in 2006.

The TV show "Nashville" is filmed on location in the city and not just on a soundstage, but in and around Nashville.  You might recognize music venues, attractions, restaurants, prominent buildings (including the Bennie Dillon) and parks.  Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Downtown is adjacent the Bennie Dillon, and is the site of Highway 65 Records on the show (Ryna James's recording studio).  The logo is on the hotel windows facing Church Street.  Check out "NASHVILLE" - ON LOCATION for information on scenes filmed around Nashville. "Nashville" is currently on their fifth season.

Bennie Dillon is conveniently located downtown and is easily accessible to the new Ascend Amphitheater at the Riverfront, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Fontanel Mansions, LP Field, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, RCA Studio B, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, The Johnny Cash Museum, Centennial Park (Parthenon), First Center for Visual Arts, Nashville Library, Morton's Steakhouse, Capital Grill, Tennessee State Capital, Tennessee State Museum, YMCA, H.G. Hill Urban Market, Farmer's Market, Broadway, The Gulch, Germantown, and fine dining, shopping, cafes, bars, clubs, histroical sites, (other than the Bennie Dillon) and much, much more.

Today, residents enjoy amenities such as a relaxing cafe lounge with coffee bar, a 24-hour health club, meeting room with kitchen and bathroom, social room, on-site management company, secured access main doors, secured off-street parking and guest parking...all in a great downtown convenient location.
